A supportive, closed therapy group for adults seeking relief from anxiety. Through guided process work, mindful awareness, and shared connection, members explore patterns, build emotional resilience, and practice new coping skills in a safe, consistent therapeutic community.
 
  • Develop practical tools for managing anxiety.

  • Deepen emotional insight and self-awareness.

  • Strengthen nervous-system regulation through mindfulness practices.

  • Experience validation and connection with others who “get it.”

  • Build lasting confidence and resilience in everyday life.

 Join our supportive in-person anxiety group (limited to just 8 spots) every Thursday from May 7th to June 5th, 6:15–7:45 pm, at our welcoming downtown Oshawa office.
