As an immigrant and a woman of colour I have first-hand experience with “not fitting in”, facing rejection and being misunderstood. Now I work with people to overcome
imposter syndrome, burnout, work stress, feelings of overwhelm and self-doubt. I also specialize in supporting people through difficult relationships with partners, friends and
family members. We’ll spend time together to understand what you’re feeling, build on your strengths,
and set goals that feel realistic and meaningful. I can help you work through anxiety, depression, and difficult life changes. Therapy is more than just talking. It’s a supportive relationship built on trust, care, and compassion.
