From Chaos to Calm

Understand what's happening
in your body & brain.

ADHD can make everyday life feel overwhelming — not because you're
doing something wrong, but because your nervous system processes the
world differently. This six-week group offers a supportive space to
better understand your patterns, reconnect with your body, and build
practical strategies that work with your brain.

Support for your nervous system
